Senior Writer & Content Manager

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries. We work with our partners to strengthen the capabilities of governments and the private sector to create and sustain high-quality health systems. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of CHAI's global content strategy, working closely with program teams to deliver high-impact content that showcases CHAI's work, advances our thought leadership, and engages key audiences - Serve as a senior content strategist and editor, guiding teams in the development of impactful content (e.g., blog posts, articles, success stories, program overviews, website content) and ensuring alignment with CHAI's brand, voice, and messaging - Develop and maintain CHAI's content calendar, optimizing for distribution and visibility across CHAI's digital platforms - Provide editing, copywriting, and production support for a wide range of content assets, including web content, articles, publications, presentations, and more - Work closely with CHAI's communications, program, and technical teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated content campaigns that drive engagement and support key organizational priorities - Stay up-to-date on content and digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of CHAI's content Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, and/or digital marketing, preferably in a global health or international development context - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives - Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate content development across multiple teams and stakeholders - Proficient in content strategy, SEO, analytics, and other digital marketing disciplines - Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Passion for global health and a commitment to CHAI's mission
