Clinical Wellness & Member Engagement Specialist

About the Role
iSON Health is seeking a clinically knowledgeable and communication-focused professional to engage with
international members, facilitate enrolment in wellness programs, and coordinate their clinical requirements. The ideal
candidate will combine a strong healthcare background with advanced English communication skills, Hindi fluency, and
the ability to conduct professional outbound calls with overseas members.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to international members to explain healthcare services and wellness programs.
• Engage eligible members, address their queries, and facilitate enrolment in relevant wellness programs.
• Understand member requirements and coordinate appropriate clinical services with doctors and internal teams.
• Communicate healthcare information accurately using appropriate medical terminology.
• Maintain member records, follow-up details, enrolment status, and operational reports.
• Meet defined member engagement, conversion, service quality, and coordination targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinical protocols and data privacy requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Pharmacy, Nursing, or another recognized medical or allied healthcare qualification.
• English: Advanced professional proficiency, including spoken fluency, comprehension, and the ability to explain healthcare information clearly.
• Hindi: Strong verbal communication skills.
• Clinical competency: Sound understanding of medical terminology, common health conditions, preventive healthcare, and clinical coordination.
• Professional skills: Strong interpersonal communication, member counselling, persuasive engagement,
problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Experience: Experience in healthcare operations, patient counselling, telehealth, clinical coordination, wellness programs, or international member engagement will be an advantage.
Work Arrangement & Equipment
The role may be offered on a hybrid or fully on-site basis, depending on the candidate's assessment, suitability, and business requirements. Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection to support remote work when required.

Performance Expectations
Performance will be evaluated through member engagement and conversion rates, communication quality, clinical coordination accuracy, timely follow-ups, documentation standards, and adherence to organizational protocols.
