The platform is being developed to support healthcare ecosystems across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and global markets with multilingual capabilities, clinical intelligence workflows, and physician-assistive AI functionalities.
We are inviting highly motivated final-year medical students, interns, junior doctors, clinical researchers, and healthcare professionals to participate in a structured clinical validation and evaluation program.
Role Overview
As a Clinical Validation Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating the accuracy, reliability, safety, and practical usability of the Zoé Mediq AI Clinical Assistant.
Your primary responsibility will be to simulate diverse doctor-patient consultations across multiple medical specialties and evaluate the AI-generated outputs including:
• Assessment• Differential Diagnosis• AI Clinical Insights• Prescription Suggestions• Follow-up Recommendations• Suggested Investigations• Clinical Red Flags• Treatment Guidance
This assignment is designed to help improve the platform’s clinical quality, reasoning capabilities, and real-world viability for healthcare deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and simulate 50 structured doctor-patient interactions daily across diverse medical conditions
• Cover a broad range of specialties including:
Internal Medicine
General Practice
Emergency Medicine
Cardiology
Endocrinology
Dermatology
Pediatrics
Psychiatry
Orthopedics
Neurology
Gastroenterology
ENT
Pulmonology
Gynecology
Infectious Diseases
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
Clinical accuracy
Medical reasoning
Safety concerns
Prescription validity
Diagnostic relevance
Missing differentials
Contraindications
Escalation recommendations
• Compare AI outputs against standard medical protocols, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices
• Add clinical notes and observations highlighting:
Strengths
Errors
Missing findings
Risk factors
Improvement opportunities
• Recommend additional:
Laboratory tests
Imaging studies
Follow-up actions
Specialist referrals
• Identify high-risk clinical hallucinations or unsafe recommendations
• Document edge cases and complex scenarios to improve AI robustness
• Participate in weekly review discussions with the AI and product engineering teams
• Contribute to improving clinical workflows and user experience for physicians
Expected Daily Workflow
• Simulate and document approximately 50 patient consultations daily

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Final-year MBBS/MD student, medical intern, resident, or licensed doctor
• Strong understanding of:

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage
• Interest in AI in healthcare, clinical informatics, or digital health innovation
• Ability to critically evaluate medical outputs and document findings professionally

• Fluent English required, Arabic language capability is a strong advantage
