Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Drug Safety Associate based in Chandigarh, India. The Senior Drug Safety Associate will be responsible for overseeing drug safety activities, including preparing and reviewing case narratives, quality control of safety data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will collaborate closely with regulatory teams, handle medical coding, and support various pharmacovigilance and drug safety projects. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adhere to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing medical case narratives
- Strong Quality Control and assurance skills for ensuring data and process accuracy
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with drug safety regulations
- Background in Pharmacy, with an understanding of pharmaceutical processes and standards
- Experience and proficiency in Medical Coding for accurate classification of medical data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Preferred: Prior experience in a Pharmacovigilance or CRO environment
