Hiring: Clinical Trial Payments Specialist – Greenphire
Location: Remote
Preference: Delhi NCR Candidates
Shift: US Shift
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Payments Specialist with strong expertise in Greenphire and Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment processing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US-based Clinical Research Organizations and handling direct coordination with US client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment activities
• Work extensively on Greenphire application for payment processing and tracking
• Handle payment clearing and reconciliation activities against CTAs
• Coordinate directly with US client teams through calls and written communication
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and issue resolution
• Maintain compliance with clinical research financial processes and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with US-based Clinical Research Organizations
• Hands-on experience with Greenphire application is mandatory
• Strong experience in clearing payments against Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
• Experience interacting directly with US client teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in US shift
• Strong team player with positive attitude and go-getter approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet timelines
