Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Lucknow for a Clinical Therapy Executive role. You will be responsible for providing clinical support, conducting product training and demonstrations, and addressing technical queries for healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, maintaining a high standard of patient safety, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory protocols. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback for product development and act as a liaison between Veiva Scientific and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, particularly in vascular interventions, and ability to conduct product training and demonstrations.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ability to address technical queries and provide detailed clinical support in diverse settings.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in real-time and ensure quality care and patient safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in clinical or medical device roles will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
