Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for a Clinical Support Engineer. The Clinical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment, and ensuring equipment functionality for clinical use. The role entails collaborating with medical teams, analyzing issues, offering solutions, performing equipment testing, and training healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of the equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Equipment and understanding of Clinical Engineering practices
- Educational background or experience in Biomedical Engineering
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and conveying technical information clearly
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to on-site requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- No freshers, required for 3 to 4 years of experience in clinical or application field.
- Understanding of regulatory and safety protocols associated with medical devices
