Job description:
A Clinical Specialist role focuses on educating aesthetic professionals and Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and beauty solutions. Ability to conduct detailed guest consultations, assess skin concerns and treatment goals, and recommend appropriate aesthetic services and home-care products. Capable of educating clients on treatment benefits, expected results, and aftercare guidelines. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building client trust, enhancing guest experience, and achieving sales targets through personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Training Programs
• Create training materials, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and competency assessments.
• Update training content based on new products, clinical evidence, or regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Clinical Training
• Conduct training sessions for physicians, nurses, technicians, and other aesthetic staff.
• Assist the aesthetic doctor in hands on demonstration.
• Support Product Implementation
• Assist clinics during the launch or adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure users are competent and confident in clinical application.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness
• Assess learner understanding through tests, observations, and feedback.
• Track training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide Ongoing Clinical Support
• Answer clinical questions and troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Offer refresher training when needed.
• Maintain Compliance
• Ensure training aligns with regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and company policies.
• Keep accurate training records and documentation.
Skills Required
• Strong clinical knowledge in the relevant specialty.
• Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
• Adult learning and instructional design skills.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Common Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in equivalent field
• Clinical experience (often 2–5+ years).
• Experience in training, education, or Facial anatomy is Mandatory
• Certifications in clinical education or training can be advantageous.
