About the Role
We are looking for a clinically trained professional (MD / MBBS or Resident Physician) with experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.
This is a part-time remote role (12 hours per week) where you will be given sample patient data and asked to navigate typical EMR workflows such as chart review, documentation, and order entry simulations.
The role focuses on testing and operating clinical workflows inside EMR systems, not providing patient care.
This is a flexible position ideal for resident physicians, early-career doctors, or clinicians with experience using digital health systems.
Responsibilities
- Navigate clinical workflows inside EMR/EHR platforms using provided sample data
- Perform typical actions such as patient chart review, documentation, and workflow navigation
- Provide feedback on usability and clinical workflows when needed
- Collaborate asynchronously with a remote team
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
- Completion of at least one year of residency or clinical practice
- Hands-on experience using any EMR/EHR system
- Understanding of clinical documentation and patient charting
- Strong written English communication
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Experience with any clinical record system is acceptable, including but not limited to:
- Epic
- DrChrono
- Athenahealth
- eClinicalWorks
- Cerner
- Any hospital EMR or clinic practice management software
Work Arrangement
- 12 hours per week
