Role Description
The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing cardiac surgery related medical sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting account management activities and achieving sales targets.
Position is for Orlando Medisystem’s Headquarters at Delhi
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Perfusion Technology. Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Life Science/ Nursing/ Allied Healthcare may also apply.
- At least 3-5 yrs experience in perfusion technology from reputed institutions.
- Should have good presentation skills and should have presented papers at national/ international gatherings.
- Should have performed CPB procedures independently for all types of surgeries in adult & Paediatric subsets of patients.
- Should have good experience in ECMO/ ECLS procedure & preferable in transplants & LVAD cases. Preference is also desired in Cath lab interventional procedures & TAVI cases.
- Must possess a good temperament for customer interactions & relationship building for sales outcomes.
- Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills in high pressure clinical environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
