Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Research Trainer based in Pune Division. The Clinical Research Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on clinical research topics, including medical and critical care concepts. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, mentoring trainees, and staying updated on the latest developments in clinical research and medicine. The role requires ensuring that participants are adequately prepared for relevant industry certifications and job placements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Clinical Education and Training, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and mentorship
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
- Experience with conducting and supporting Research in clinical or medical settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and interaction
- Proficiency in creating and updating curriculum aligned with industry standards
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
