Role Description The Clinical Research Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating training modules in clinical research for learners from diverse healthcare and life sciences backgrounds. Daily tasks include conducting classroom and practical sessions, preparing teaching materials, case studies, and assessments, and mentoring learners on core concepts such as clinical trial design, ethics, regulatory guidelines, and good clinical practice. The role involves staying current with industry trends and regulations, incorporating real-world examples into training, and collaborating with academic and industry stakeholders to maintain program relevance. The trainer will also provide guidance on career pathways, support learner performance evaluation, and contribute to continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Clinical education and training skills, with experience delivering structured programs to healthcare or life sciences graduates.
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, or related clinical disciplines, to support evidence-based teaching.
- Clinical research knowledge and hands-on experience in trial processes, documentation, regulatory requirements, and ethics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities, with a learner-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field; prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and industry partners, manage multiple batches, and adapt content to varied learner levels.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, learning management systems, and documentation tools.
