Job Description – Clinical Research Payments Specialist (Delhi NCR)
Qualification:
Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years working with US-based Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
- Hands-on experience with the Greenphire application
- Practical exposure to processing payments against Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
- Direct interaction with US client teams via video calls and written communication
- Flexibility to work in US shifts
Key Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable ("go-getter" mindset)
- Ability to deliver results effectively under pressure
