Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Clinical Research & Clinical Data Management Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering live training sessions that cover clinical research and data management topics, mentoring students, providing soft-skills development guidance, and conducting regular assessments to identify knowledge gaps. The role involves preparing students for industry standards through comprehensive knowledge-sharing and personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Clinical Research and Clinical Data Management principles
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Clinical research or CDM.
• Proficiency in organizing and delivering engaging training sessions
• Experience in mentoring and assessing students for skill development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for guiding and supporting students
• Prior experience in a clinical research, data management, or similar domain is highly advantageous
• Previous training or teaching experience is beneficial
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or a related field
