Role Description
The primary responsibilities include coordinating clinical trials, managing research protocols, and supporting clinical operations. The role involves ensuring compliance, overseeing trial timelines, and working closely with teams to address project challenges and deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with Clinical Trials and Clinical Research protocols
- Proficiency in Clinical Operations and managing Clinical Research Associates
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and project management within clinical studies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GDPMDS requirements, and regulatory guidelines is a plus
- Experience in the drug development or biotechnology industry is an advantage
