We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer in Clinical Research and Bioinformatics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industry or training experience and the ability to effectively deliver both theoretical and practical concepts to students through engaging online and offline sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training sessions in Clinical Research and Bioinformatics (online & offline)
- Provide in-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, including clinical trial phases, GCP guidelines, and regulatory documentation
- Teach fundamental and applied concepts of bioinformatics, including databases, tools, and basic analysis
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and evaluations to track student progress
- Address student queries, provide mentorship, and ensure effective learning outcomes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training modules
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research / Bioinformatics.
- Prior experience as a trainer , faculty, mentor, or corporate instructor preferred.
- Strong understanding in clinical research processes, documentation, and fundamentals of bioinformatics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools
