Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Clinical Research and Bioinformatics Trainer. The Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs in clinical research and bioinformatics to students and professionals. Responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting engaging training sessions, mentoring students, and evaluating their performance. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
QualificationsKey Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in clinical research and bioinformatics trainer.
- Strong knowledge in clinical research processes, documentation, and fundamentals of bioinformatics.
- Ability to deliver training sessions, prepare content, and support student queries
- Good communication and presentation skills
