About MSA

We work closely with orthodontists and dental clinics to deliver affordable aligner yet premium solutions backed by in-house manufacturing and expert clinical support.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and articulate professional to build and manage relationships with dental practitioners across Chennai. This role involves engaging with doctors, understanding their clinical challenges in aligner practice, and positioning MSA as a trusted partner through meaningful, solution-oriented conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively meet orthodontists and dental practitioners across Chennai to initiate, build, and strengthen long-term MSA partnerships through consistent in-person engagement
- Drive structured, high-impact conversations around clear aligner workflows — confidently positioning MSA’s clinical and business advantages in every interaction
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current aligner practices within clinics, and proactively recommend practical, revenue-oriented solutions tailored to each doctor
- Educate and influence doctors on MSA’s ecosystem — including case workflows, treatment planning, clinical support, and overall practice integration
- Own relationship continuity by ensuring timely follow-ups, regular check-ins, and sustained engagement with partner clinics
- Represent MSA with strong professional presence across clinics, events, and all field interactions — maintaining brand credibility at every touchpoint
- Coordinate seamlessly between clinics and internal teams to ensure smooth case execution, clear communication, and a high-quality partner experience
