Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is critical in helping us build a strong clinical workforce across functions. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of clinical roles and ensuring we bring in high-quality talent aligned with Luma’s vision and culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles including IVF consultants, embryologists, nurses, OT technicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on both technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clinical talent, especially within the fertility ecosystem
- Track and report hiring metrics and progress
Requirements- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience hiring for fertility or IVF-related roles
- Strong experience in hiring for clinical/healthcare roles
- Ability to handle multiple roles across different seniority levels
- Good understanding of healthcare hiring dynamics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
