Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Quality Lead at Apollo Hospitals, located in Jabalpur. The Clinical Quality Lead will oversee and implement clinical quality standards, develop quality improvement programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols. This role involves conducting regular audits, analyzing patient care outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance care delivery. The role also requires maintaining updated knowledge of regulations and standards for accreditation, and contributing to a patient-centric, high-quality care environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of clinical quality standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in analyzing healthcare data, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Proven project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and related standards is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical software tools and reporting platforms.
- Previous experience in clinical quality or compliance roles in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
