Clinical Psychologist (RCI Licensed) – Full Time
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and English, possess excellent clinical skills, and be passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Diagnose and formulate treatment plans for clients across various age groups.
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments where required.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards prescribed by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Requirements
- M.Phil./Psy.D./Equivalent RCI-recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology.
- Valid RCI License (Mandatory).
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (Freshers with strong clinical exposure may also apply).
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Mandatory).
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.
- Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation and case management skills.
