💻 Clinical Psychologist - RCI Licensed (Full-time / Part-time)
🌏 Location: Fully Remote
🎓 Qualification: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology

🔦 About the Role
We're looking for passionate Clinical Psychologists — freshers and experienced professionals alike — to join the Rocket Health team and help us deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care to patients across India.
Your primary role will be conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, with opportunities to support group sessions, webinars, and workshops — all fully remote, all on your schedule.
✨ This role may be a fit for you if:
- You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
- You provide outcome-focused, evidence-based clinical care (CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic — or a mix!)
- You have an innate ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, even in a remote setting
- You are comfortable working in a telemedicine environment
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy iterating and improving as you go
📋 You're perfect if:
- You hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognised institution
- Valid RCI license to practice independently, or eligibility to obtain it within six months.
- You are empathetic, an intuitive listener, and genuinely invested in your clients' progress
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have experience (or are open to) collaborating with psychiatrists managing your clients' medication alongside therapy
- You are entrepreneurial — freshers with the right mindset are very welcome!

- Post filling the form, our team will get back to you post-review to arrange for the next steps
- A call with a member of the hiring team
- A mock therapy session with a team member
- An interview with our lead psychologist
- An interview with the founders
