Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Clinical Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with OCD through evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing individual counseling sessions, designing and monitoring treatment plans, and ensuring clients are supported throughout their mental health journey. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, professional documentation, and participation in clinical supervision will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychology concepts and principles relevant to OCD and other mental health disorders.
- Experience in Psychological Testing and assessment for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Mental Health care and therapeutic interventions.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in Counseling Psychology for effective therapeutic communication and relationship-building with clients.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification to practice Clinical Psychology in the respective region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trust and rapport.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing OCD is highly desirable.
