We optimize for the survival of the nervous system.
What we've built:
A system that can tell the difference between what someone believes about themselves and what their body knows to be true.
What we haven't built:
Another swipe app with a therapist blog attached.
The Question:Can you architect safety for people who've never felt safe?
Not through worksheets. Not through CBT modules.
Through predictive behavioral architecture that intervenes before harm patterns complete.
This role is not for:❌ Consultants who bill by the framework
❌ Clinicians who need a diagnosis to begin
❌ Anyone who thinks "attachment styles" are personality types
❌ People who ghost (professionally or personally)
This role IS for:✓ Someone who understands that high chemistry = high danger for the traumatized
✓ Someone who knows stabilization isn't optional - it's architectural
✓ Someone whose clinical integrity shows up in how they hold presence, not just what they know
✓ Someone ready to steward something that's never existed before
The Filter:We will ask you three questions.
If you cannot answer all three in a way that demonstrates you've lived this work,
not just studied it, we'll know immediately.
We're not testing credentials.
We're testing whether you can hold what we've built.
