About the Role

We're looking for an empathetic and qualified Counselling/Clinical Psychologist to support clients in overcoming behavioral, emotional, and psychological barriers that impact their health and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one psychological counselling sessions with clients.
- Assess clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges affecting their health journey.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT and behavioral interventions.
- Help clients improve motivation, consistency, stress management, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and onboarding specialists to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain confidential and accurate session records.
- Monitor client progress and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Educate clients on mindset, emotional regulation, and healthy behavior change.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical Psychology preferred).
- Registration as a Counselling/Clinical Psychologist is preferred.
- Certification in CBT or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches is an advantage.
- Experience in psychological counselling, behavioral therapy, or mental wellness coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong empathy and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing online consultations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching.
- Background in sports psychology, child psychology, or behavioral counselling is an added advantage.
- Experience conducting online counselling sessions.
