We are pleased to present an exclusive opportunity for a qualified and highly professional Clinical Psychologist to join a prestigious luxury resort in Kerala, India.
This role is designed for a candidate who can operate with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and empathy, supporting a refined and high-profile international clientele as well as internal teams in a premium hospitality environment.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting mental well-being by providing confidential psychological support, wellness guidance, and tailored interventions within a luxury resort setting that caters to distinguished and high-profile guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions with a high level of discretion
• Assess psychological concerns and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Design and conduct wellness programs (stress management, mindfulness, emotional well-being)
• Support a culture of mental wellness across the organization
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
• Offer timely support during sensitive or high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with senior management on well-being initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology
• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology / PsyD from an RCI-recognized institute
• Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) – CRR number mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical or counseling experience
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, or international environments is a plus
