We are a team of Sports Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist, Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists; working together towards the outcome for our patients/athletes.

- Orthopedic Physiotherapy: Treating lifestyle-related joint and muscle aches through systematic exercise plans and progressive strengthening.
- Sports Injury Management: Reducing pain, building resilience, and improving balance and coordination through personalized sports physiotherapy.
- Strength & Conditioning: Therapy designed to help athletes and individuals recover from physical activity, injury, or surgery.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Clinical Psychologist at Peak Performance, you will play a key role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our patients, including athletes and individuals undergoing rehabilitation. You will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic, patient-centered approach to recovery and performance enhancement. This role requires a compassionate, evidence-based approach to psychological care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Psychological Assessment & Diagnosis
Conduct detailed psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify emotional, behavioral, and cognitive concerns.
2. Therapy & Intervention
Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to patient needs.
3. Collaborative Care
Coordinate with physiotherapists and rehabilitation teams to ensure integrated treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate case records, progress notes, and treatment plans in line with clinical and organizational standards.
5. Patient Education & Awareness
Educate patients and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and behavioral techniques to support recovery and well-being.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
1. Educational Qualification
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
2. Relevant Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or counseling settings; experience in sports psychology is an added advantage.
3. Strong Clinical Skills
Proficiency in psychological assessments, therapy techniques, and case management.
4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build rapport with patients, work in a multidisciplinary team, and communicate effectively.
5. Empathy & Professionalism
A compassionate approach with high ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
