Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Bengaluru. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct individual therapy sessions, including intake assessments, ongoing counseling, and evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health concerns. Responsibilities include administering and interpreting psychological tests, preparing and maintaining clear clinical documentation, and developing tailored treatment plans. The role involves participating in case discussions, peer supervision, and learning circles to refine practice and support coordinated care. The Clinical Psychologist may also contribute to group programs, workshops, and training initiatives aligned with HULM’s B2B and community-focused services.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to clinical practice.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision, peer review, or collaborative case discussions to support quality care.
- Relevant master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate psychological or mental health bodies, as required by local regulations.
- Strong ethical judgment, confidentiality practices, and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and identities.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport, and readiness to work in an interdisciplinary, learning-focused team.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Bengaluru, with flexibility to support both individual clients and group or training initiatives.
