Role OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist who can partner with us in delivering meaningful, accurate, and empathetic care. This is an on-call role suited for professionals who are passionate about working with children and leveraging technology to enhance clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online consultations with parents and caregivers, providing guidance with empathy and clarity
- Review and validate AI-generated screening reports, ensuring clinical accuracy and actionable insights
- Manage offline consultations and assessments when required
- Perform comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations for children with suspected neurological or developmental conditions (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning disorders)
- Collaborate with the Gabify team to bridge AI insights with clinical expertise
- Provide clear recommendations, intervention plans, and parent counseling
Who We’re Looking For- RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably with children and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Comfortable with online consultation platforms and digital tools
- Strong understanding of child development, behavioral assessments, and diagnostic frameworks (DSM-5, ICD, etc.)
- Ability to interpret data and integrate it with clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills with a parent-first, empathetic approach
