Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist located in Mumbai across Andheri, Powai, Thane and Bandra.
The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide mental health support through counseling sessions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design personalized therapeutic plans. Responsibilities also include facilitating clinical supervision, supporting family intervention efforts, and contributing expertise in counseling psychology to enhance the ecosystem for child development and care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing to assess and diagnose various psychological conditions
- Experience in providing mental health support and Clinical Supervision
- Knowledge of Mental Health practices and relevant therapeutic frameworks
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Clinical Psychologist is an advantage
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
