The Role
As a Remote Clinical Psychologist, you will be at the forefront of digital mental healthcare, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to a diverse population across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy sessions (CBT, DBT, ACT, or psychodynamic approaches).
- Digital Innovation: Utilize our secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform to manage sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Case Management: Develop tailored intervention strategies for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Collaborative Practice: Participate in peer supervision and coordinate with our psychiatric team for holistic client care.
What We Are Looking For
- Credentials: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Psy.D. from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Licensure: A valid RCI Registration (CRR Number) is mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Communication: Exceptional command over English and proficiency in at least one Indian regional language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.).
- Cultural Competence: A deep understanding of the Indian socio-cultural context and its impact on mental health.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital health tools and maintaining a professional remote workspace.
