Organization: Q-Point Advanced Neurorehabilitation and Brain Health Centre (by 22Neuro)
We are a growing healthcare startup and are looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to neurorehabilitation, cognitive wellness programs, and integrated patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct and assist in psychological and cognitive assessments
* Administer standardized screening tools
* Support cognitive training sessions and basic interventions
* Maintain patient records, therapy notes, and EMR documentation
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians
* Provide psychoeducation to patients and caregivers
* Assist in organizing mental health and cognitive wellness programs
Administrative & Program Support:
* Manage assessment tools and training resources
* Support day-to-day clinical operations
* Coordinate programs, awareness initiatives, and screening camps
* Participate in case discussions and internal trainings
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
* 0–2 years of experience (internship experience considered)
* RCI Registration (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with EMR and digital documentation
Ideal Candidate:

* Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
* Interest in cognitive training and neurorehabilitation
* Ability to work with diverse patient groups including elderly
