Role: Clinical Project Manager

Notice : Immediate
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
- Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory.
- Monitor study progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee site performance, recruitment, and vendor management.
- Review monitoring reports, track KPIs, and ensure data quality.
- Support audit and inspection readiness activities.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 6 plus years of experience in clinical research with at least 4–5 years in project management role.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing multi-country / global clinical trials.
- Infectious Disease Clinical Trial Experience
- Proven experience in budget management and sponsor communication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
