Position: Clinical Physiotherapist (BPT / MPT)

Organization: 3H World

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Program Manager / Clinic Manager

Role Overview

The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing rehabilitation programs for patients. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aligned with 3H World’s integrated healthcare model.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Treatment:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and identify physiotherapy needs
• Design personalized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Execute therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and protocols
  
  

Rehabilitation & Recovery

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, and recovery techniques
  
  

Coordination

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic teams
• Ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
  
  

Documentation

• Maintain treatment records, progress notes, and patient reports
• Ensure proper documentation as per clinical standards
  
  

Qualification

• BPT / MPT (Physiotherapy)
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical expertise in physiotherapy
• Good patient handling and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication and empathy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
  
  

Salary: Best in the industry (Negotiable based on experience and engagement type)
