Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Physiotherapist role based in Noida. The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children with developmental challenges. Responsibilities include conducting thorough physical and functional assessments, creating individualized therapy plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting progress. The role also involves providing guidance to families to support the children's physical and developmental growth at home.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assessment and treatment of physical and developmental challenges, with expertise in designing therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental therapy techniques, sensory integration, and therapeutic exercises
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Relevant professional certification and license to practice physiotherapy
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children
- Prior experience in pediatric physiotherapy or working with developmental disorders is an advantage
