Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Physiotherapist role based at one of our Walnut Clinic centers in the Pune Division. The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating pediatric clients with developmental, neurological, and physical challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, developing personalized therapy plans, conducting therapeutic sessions, documenting treatment progress, and providing guidance and support to families. The candidate will work to enhance the physical well-being and functional capacity of children under care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pediatric physiotherapy techniques, movement assessment, and treatment planning
- Skills in communication and interpersonal interactions to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
- Capability in detailed assessment, note-taking, and maintaining comprehensive records about progress and therapy results
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with the ability to work with children with diverse needs and conditions
- Proficient in team collaboration, and contributing to a multidisciplinary therapeutic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with a specialization in pediatrics (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in pediatric therapy or developmental care is highly advantageous
- Current registration and license to practice as a Physiotherapist
