Role Description
We are seeking a Clinical Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves evaluating patients, planning and implementing personalized treatment programs, and utilizing advanced rehabilitation techniques, including robotic-assisted neurotherapy and modern rehab equipment. The therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care, monitor recovery progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Additional responsibilities include patient education, guidance for home care exercises to support recovery, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Physical Therapy techniques and practices, including rehabilitation
- Strong understanding of Medicine as it applies to patient recovery and therapeutic interventions
- Experience in Patient Care, with a focus on delivering personalized and empathetic treatment
- Capability to support Home Care rehabilitation programs and provide guidance for at-home exercises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Relevant certification or degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Experience with advanced technologies such as robotic-assisted therapy and virtual reality is a plus
