Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist based in Chennai. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, providing pharmaceutical care, compounding medications, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role involves offering patient education on medication use, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and maintaining proper pharmaceutical documentation to comply with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
- Comprehensive knowledge of general Pharmacy and Medicine
- Experience in Compounding and formulating medications
- Strong understanding of medication safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in India
