Purpose: To maintain operational excellence, ensure superior patient experience, and support initiatives that drive efficiency, satisfaction, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and developing strategies for business development, increasing patient footfall, and enhancing revenue generation of Treatment Center.
- Responsible for managing all administrative functions of the Treatment Center to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Responsible for enhancing the organization’s brand visibility and reputation by driving improvements in online reviews and digital presence on a monthly basis.
- Ensure positive patient feedback and collect at least 90% of treatment patient feedback forms, submitting them before monthly meetings.
- Ensure adherence to all legal compliance and safety requirements of the treatment center.
- Conduct and document daily cleanliness inspections, oversee cleaning activities, and ensure all SOPs are properly followed.
- Responsible for identifying purchase requirements, initiating requests, and obtaining necessary approvals from management.
- Manage all treatment consumables / purchase requirements and coordinate related activities.
- Coordinate and follow up on procurement request sand marketing proposals to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and update daily records of patient flow and treatment center sales, and provide weekly summaries of treatment slots and revenue.
- Monthly meeting reportsto be prepared and submitted to the GeneralManager Healthcare and Dy Manager Healthcare & TCs.
- Organize and attend two monthly meetings:a General Meeting with all relevant staff and a Mid- Month Update Meeting with Pharmacy officers and Physician to review progress.
- Responsible for coordinating activities and communication between the Head Office and the Treatment Center.
- Plan and execute at least one outside promotional activity per month.
- Plan and execute monthly external promotional activities and prepare proposals for operational improvements or events.
- Responsible for identifying staff training requirements and recommending developmental programs to enhance skills and performance.
Responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within the Treatment Center.
Qualification- MBA / MHA 2+ Years of experience in Hospital Operations.
Candidates with exposure in business development activities are preferred.
Responsible for carrying out promotional activities and other community based programs
Staff and asset monitoring
Co-ordination with local authorities
Looking after licensing and other legal requirements
Proficient in MS Excel, Word etc.
Fluency in local language is mandatory
Job Type : Full-time Pay : 50-60k /month
Should be able to Handle Surat TC (Treatment Center) and Chembur TC, (will require traveling)
