Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma HR professional heading operations for identifying pharma IT job vacancies, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and maintaining employee benefits programs. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to identify workforce needs in the pharma IT domain and develop strategies to support recruitment and retention goals. The position entails engaging with stakeholders to maintain compliance and drive operational excellence in hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and strong understanding of HR Management practices
- Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and regulations
- Expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment strategies and employee relations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with recruitment for IT and pharma industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
