Job Title: Clinical Nutritionist & Functional Wellness Associate
Location: Prānaa – Centre of Excellence in Regenerative Medicine, Raipur
Reports To: Functional Medicine Expert / Operations Head

Role Overview
We are looking for a certified Clinical Nutritionist with strong fundamentals in therapeutic nutrition and an interest in functional medicine and integrative healthcare.
This role goes beyond meal plans — it involves:
- Patient consultation and profiling
- Data documentation and tracking
- Outcome-based follow-ups
- Supporting clinical and operational workflows
Key Responsibilities
🔹 A. Patient Consultation & Nutrition Planning
- Conduct detailed nutrition consultations with patients
- Work closely with functional medicine expert to co-design treatment plans
- Build personalized nutrition protocols based on:
- Diagnostics (blood reports, scans, biomarkers)
- Medical conditions
- Lifestyle factors
- Translate complex medical recommendations into practical diet plans
🔹 B. Patient Profiling & Documentation
- Create structured patient profiles including:
- Medical history
- Dietary habits
- Lifestyle patterns
- Maintain accurate and updated digital records
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and observations
🔹 C. Follow-up & Outcome Tracking
- Design and maintain follow-up tracking systems
- Conduct structured follow-ups at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days
- Call and engage with patients regularly to:
- Track adherence
- Record outcomes
- Identify challenges
- Update progress sheets and share insights with medical team
🔹 D. Functional Medicine Integration
- Support functional medicine protocols including:
- Gut health programs
- Detox plans
- Metabolic and hormonal support
- Interpret nutrition in the context of root-cause medicine
- Continuously upgrade knowledge in functional and preventive medicine
🔹 E. Operations & Patient Experience Support
- Assist in managing patient flow and coordination
- Support front-end patient engagement when required
- Collaborate with therapists, doctors, and operations team
- Ensure seamless patient experience across consultations and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Nutritionist / Dietician
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
- Certification or training in Functional Medicine
- Exposure to:
- Integrative health
- Gut health protocols
- Hormonal health
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in clinical or wellness setup preferred
Skills Required
- Strong communication and patient handling
- Ability to simplify medical concepts
- Good documentation and data tracking skills
- Comfortable with follow-ups and patient engagement
- Basic digital proficiency
