Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Clinical Nutritionist. The Clinical Nutritionist will be responsible for designing personalized nutrition plans based on genetic profiles, providing nutritional counseling, and implementing medical nutrition therapy. Key responsibilities include assessing patient requirements, developing customized dietary programs, managing weight interventions, and offering expert support for achieving health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Personalised Nutrition & Patient Care
- Review and interpret gut microbiome test reports in collaboration with genetic counsellors and clinical teams.
- Design personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations based on microbiome findings, patient history, symptoms, and health goals.
- Provide nutritional counselling for conditions related to gut health, metabolic health, immunity, lifestyle disorders, and preventive wellness.
- Conduct patient consultations virtually or in-person and address dietary queries effectively.
- Prepare customized meal plans, supplement guidance, and lifestyle modification protocols.
- Ensure evidence-based recommendations aligned with current clinical nutrition and microbiome research.
Clinical Coordination
- Work closely with counselling, operations, customer support and product marketing teams for seamless patient experience.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and follow-up records.
- Support report interpretation discussions and clinician communication when required.
Research & Retrospective Studies
- Contribute to retrospective clinical studies and internal research projects related to gut microbiome and nutrition outcomes.
- Assist in data collection, literature review, case documentation, and preparation of clinical insights.
- Support publication activities, whitepapers, webinars, and scientific content development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for research execution and analysis.
- Training, Sales Enablement & Brand Awareness
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on gut microbiome testing, report interpretation basics, clinical significance, and personalised nutrition applications.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to contribute clinical and nutrition-based content for social media platforms.
- Support brand awareness and brand-building activities through educational content, expert insights, webinars, awareness campaigns, and healthcare communication initiatives.
- Stay updated with advancements in microbiome science, functional nutrition, and personalized healthcare to ensure accurate and evidence-based communication.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong clinical interpretation and nutritional counselling skills.
- Ability to create personalized and practical diet plans based on microbiome findings.
- Excellent patient engagement and counselling abilities.
- Research-oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, data handling, and report interpretation.
