Role Description
This is a full-time Clinical Nurse position based on-site in Malda. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, supporting physicians and lab professionals in collecting and handling samples, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. The Clinical Nurse will also educate patients regarding diagnostic tests, maintain thorough documentation, and coordinate closely with the healthcare team to ensure the seamless delivery of care. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse will play a vital role in maintaining a positive patient experience and upholding high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and clinical support
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, sample collection, and laboratory operations
- Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to safety protocols
- Current nursing license or certification as per regional requirements
