About the Role
As a Clinical Manager, you will be the key operational and clinical coordinator within the branch, ensuring high standards of patient care, therapist support, parent satisfaction, and overall clinic excellence. You will work closely with therapists, branch administrators, HR, and management to deliver a seamless experience for every child and family.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding therapy-related concerns and escalations.
Support and guide therapists in resolving operational challenges.
Ensure therapist and admin punctuality, professional conduct, and adherence to uniform protocols.
Maintain clinic discipline, cleanliness, and overall infrastructure.
Monitor therapy materials and ensure proper usage and storage.
Coordinate with admins to manage daily schedules, consultations, assessments, and therapist slot utilization.
Monitor patient attendance, identify irregular therapy patterns, and work with families to improve therapy consistency.
Oversee payment compliance and coordinate with admins on pending payments, discount requests, and payment-related escalations.
Step in to manage essential administrative responsibilities during admin absences.
Coordinate with HR for branch-level staffing, employee engagement activities, and implementation of company policies.
Submit regular reports on branch operations, escalations, maintenance requirements, and service quality.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Special Education, Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field.
3–5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation or child development setting.
Previous experience leading or coordinating clinical teams is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional patient and parent experiences.
