Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Clinical Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of demonstrations and provide training for staff to ensure compliance with medical procedures. Responsibilities include managing quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with teams to enhance services, offering professional guidance, and supporting the implementation of new medical procedures and technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Clinical Operations and familiarity with managing healthcare practice activities
- Proven ability to deliver Training and develop staff in medical settings
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, basic lasers and Radiofrequency.
- Solid foundation in Medicine and healthcare practices
- Experience in Quality Improvement and maintaining high standards of care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in both office and remote settings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medicine, Biomedical engineer or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
