About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Lead – Psychiatry to drive end-to-end psychiatric care within an industrial workforce setting. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that combines direct clinical work, team supervision, and program ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Manage OPD consultations, follow-ups, and medication protocols
- Handle complex cases including mood disorders, psychosis, substance use, and crisis interventions
Clinical Leadership
- Lead and oversee all psychiatric services on-site
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR, Occupational Health, and leadership teams
- Share insights on mental health trends and workforce wellbeing
- Advise on mental health strategy and policies
Training & Awareness
- Conduct workshops on mental health literacy
- Train managers on early identification and psychological first aid
Eligibility
- MD/DNB in Psychiatry (mandatory)
- Valid NMC/MCI registration
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Proven ability to manage complex psychiatric cases independently
Preferred
- Experience in occupational or industrial mental health
- Prior leadership or clinic management experience
- Exposure to substance use or de-addiction programs
