Role Description
This is a fon-site or offsite role for a consultant - Clinical Geneticist. Responsibilities include interpreting genetic test results, providing consultations for genetic conditions, and recommending personalized diagnostic and treatment plans. The Clinical Geneticist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, stay updated on advancements in the field, oversee genetic testing laboratories, and contribute to patient care.
Qualifications
- Experience with Next generation Sequencing techniques and genotype phenotype coorelation.
- Background in Medicine, with expertise in genetic disorders and their management
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Doctor of Medicine (DM) or equivalent with specialized training in Medical Genetics
- Relevant certifications or fellowships in Clinical Genetics are a plus
