Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Faculty located in Anand, Gujarat. The Clinical Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, developing and updating curriculum, conducting research, and contributing to the mental health and well-being of students and patients alike. The role includes creating a supportive academic environment and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high education and training standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Mental Health
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and an ability to create educational content
- Experience or interest in Research and advancing academic studies
- Understanding of Psychology and the ability to address Mental Health needs effectively
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Commitment to teaching excellence and professional development
- MBBS degree with relevant postgraduate qualification; prior experience in medical education is a plus
