Job Summary
The Clinical Education Solutions Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical, medical, and simulation-based training to healthcare professionals across renal care, critical care, and diabetes management.
This role integrates hands-on training with education strategy, program development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance clinical competency, ensure safe device usage, and promote best practices in patient care. The role also supports the iMEP ecosystem by designing scalable and impactful education solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Education & Training
* Deliver structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and clinicians in:
* Renal dialysis (hemodialysis)
* Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
* Vascular access management
* Infection control practices
* Diabetes management
* Conduct simulation-based, procedural, and product training sessions
* Provide patient care training, including communication and empathy skills
* Train healthcare professionals on new technologies
* Conduct “train-the-trainer” programs
* Organize workshops, CMEs, and in-service education sessions
2. Clinical Competency Development
* Assess and certify clinical competency of healthcare professionals
* Identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs to local needs
3. Education Strategy & Program Development
* Align education strategy with business priorities and learning principles
* Implement high-quality, scalable training models
* Define learning and development pathways for key audiences
* Contribute to iMEP flagship programs, workshops, and CMEs
* Lead initiatives to improve training effectiveness and efficiency
* Develop educational content, case studies, and best practice guidelines
4. Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with key opinion leaders, nursing leadership, and hospital staff
* Build and manage a network of trainers, speakers, and clinical experts
* Act as a trusted clinical resource for partner hospitals
Qualifications & Competencies
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing / GNM with relevant experience)
* Registered Nurse with valid certification
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospital preferably with renal dialysis unit
* Prior experience in clinical education/training preferred
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into practical training
* Strong presentation and communication skills with healthcare professionals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas
* Ability to work in hospital environments (dialysis and other departments)
* Flexibility to align with hospital schedules
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and company standards
