The Opportunity
Are you a Clinical Nutritionist who is tired of working under someone else’s brand and ready to build your own?
Legabyte is incubating a new, highly-targeted HealthTech venture. We are building a premium, results-driven wellness brand, and we are looking for a Clinical Nutritionist to step in as an equal Co-Founder.
This is not an employment offer. This is a true 50/50 partnership for a builder who has the clinical expertise, the on-camera charisma, and the entrepreneurial hunger to scale a business from day one.
🤝 The Partnership Model
We believe in equal risk, equal reward, and moving fast.
The Investment: We are bootstrapping the initial launch. We both put in equal "skin in the game" (₹5,000 – ₹10,000 each) to cover the immediate baseline setup costs.
The Reward: 50% Equity and a strict 50/50 profit split from the very first rupee we make.
The Division of Labor: I handle the backend engine (Tech infrastructure, Sales closing, and Business Operations). You handle the product soul (Clinical results, Content, and Client experience).
🚀 What You Will Do
Drive Exceptional Results: Design proprietary clinical nutrition protocols that actually work. You will manage the initial cohort of clients, ensuring transformative, visible results.
Be the Face of the Brand: You will be the primary voice educating our audience. Trust is our currency, and you will build it through video content.
Master Client Handling: Use your exceptional communication skills to manage clients, keep them accountable, and ensure a premium service experience.
Build the Future Team: As we scale, you will transition from handling clients individually to recruiting, training, and leading a team of junior nutritionists under your clinical guidelines.
✅ The "Must-Have" Requirements
Do not apply if you do not meet all of the following criteria:
Clinical Expertise: You are a certified/qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a proven track record of delivering real results to clients.
Camera-Ready Content Creator: You must have an existing social media presence focused on nutrition. We require a portfolio demonstrating at least 10 to 15 camera-facing Reels/Shorts where you are speaking directly to the audience.
Serious Bandwidth: Building a startup is a grind. You must have the time, energy, and serious dedication required to build a brand from the ground up.
Impeccable Communication: You are an exceptional communicator, both on video and in one-on-one client consultations.
